LED700/500 Operating Light

LED700/500 series surgical lamp is our company's latest research and development with features of high efficient, high durablility,  energy-saving and long service life. Product compliance with GB9706.1-2007-part 1: safety General requirements for Medical Electrical equipment and YY 0627-2008-Medical Electrical equipment-part 2: safety-specific requirements for Surgical Shadow Lamps and Diagnostic Lights; EMC compliance with YY0505-2012. High brightness LED cold light source and digital dimming technology are adopted. 

Product characteristic:

 -Using high brightness LED cold light source, the service life of LED light emitting secondary tube is more than 50,000 hours, light decay is low, energy saving, service life is long, and the composition of ultraviolet and infrared ray is very low.

 -Using digital dimming technology to meet the doctor's requirements for different brightness, and stable color temperature.

 -The control board adopts the high quality constant current chip with constant current output, the current is more accurate, the quality is more reliable.

 -LED dot matrix series and arrangement, even if the individual LEDs are not lit, the overall brightness is rarely affected.

 -The spot can be continuously adjusted to meet the requirements of different doctors for the visual field of surgery.

 -High temperature resistant handle can be removable to meet the requirements of high temperature sterilization during operation.

 -Standard color temperature 3500-5000K, soft and not dazzling, effectively reduce the visual fatigue of doctors.

 -High color index: 85 ≤ Ra ≤ 100, which satisfies the doctor's discrimination of blood vessels, visceral organs and different tissues.

 -Low temperature rise, exposure surface temperature rise into total radiation illumination measurement. The total irradiance Ee should not exceed 1000W/m2 in 1 m illumination area of a single lamp head. The ratio between irradiance Ee and  illuminance  Ee of the surgical shadow lamp should not exceed 6mW/ (㎡.lx).

 -Lighting performance: with excellent shadowless rate, deep cavity lighting, light column depth.
